Refund policy

At SLA Goodies, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.


1. General Policy

  • All refund and return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

  • Items must meet eligibility conditions outlined below.


2. Flowers (Perishable Items)

Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

  • No returns or refunds once the order is delivered.

  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

    • The wrong item was delivered, or

    • The flowers arrived damaged or in poor condition.

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification.


3. Women’s Fashion Products

Returns or exchanges are accepted if:

  • Request is made within [7] days of delivery.

  • Items are unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

Non-Returnable Fashion Items:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Items showing signs of use or damage


4. Jewelry Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Jewelry returns are accepted only if the item is unused and unopened.

  • Earrings and personalized jewelry are non-returnable.

  • Items must be returned with original packaging and tags.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide order details and clear images of the issue.

  • Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund.


6. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within [7] business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.


8. Order Cancellation

  • Flower orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within [7] business days.

10. Refusal of Refunds

SLA Goodies reserves the right to refuse refunds if:

  • Return conditions are not met

  • Items show signs of use, damage, or tampering

  • Requests are made after the return window
