Return policy

At SLA Goodies, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product quality and hygiene standards. This Return Policy explains when and how products may be returned.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice must be included.


2. Flowers (Perishable Items)

Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

  • Returns are not accepted once delivered.

  • Returns or replacements are only considered if:

    • An incorrect item was delivered, or

    • The product arrived damaged or spoiled.

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.


3. Women’s Fashion Items

Returns are accepted if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items are unused and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Fashion Items:

  • Sale or clearance products

  • Customized or altered clothing

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage


4. Jewelry Items

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Jewelry returns are accepted only if unopened and unused.

  • Earrings and personalized jewelry are non-returnable.

  • All jewelry must be returned in original packaging with tags intact.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide order details and clear photos or videos.

  • Eligible cases may qualify for a replacement or return approval.


6. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Send the item back within 7 days of approval.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


8. Inspection & Approval

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

  • SLA Goodies reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.


9. Policy Abuse

Repeated or suspicious return activity may result in return restrictions or account suspension.


10. Changes to This Policy
